Thank you for shopping with Shelfside. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations available at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
For U.S. orders:
- Free shipping on orders over $89
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders below the free shipping threshold

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is typically 6-10 business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@getshelfside.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@getshelfside.com with your order number. We will help check the tracking status and work with the carrier where possible.
