Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Shelfside. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@getshelfside.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused or in like-new condition
- in its original packaging where possible
- returned with all included parts and accessories

To start a return, contact us at support@getshelfside.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@getshelfside.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- items that have been heavily used, damaged by misuse, or modified
- items missing major parts or accessories
- returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@getshelfside.com. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.
